In early 2017, all on-board computers in Wolter Koops vehicles were replaced with the Transics SKY. Hundreds of vehicles were fitted with this latest generation of on-board computer in just a few months. A link to a document scanner in the vehicle makes it possible to send freight documents to the home base immediately after delivery. On-board computers have undergone various developments since their introduction at Wolter Koops in 1999. With this recent investment the company is ensuring that they will keep pace with the developments in computerisation and data exchange in the upcoming years.
